The premiere Lobster Academy event was held October 14th - October 17th, 2009 and was met with great success!
Hosted in St. Andrews, NB and on Deer Island, NB, the Lobster Academy offers a unique educational opportunity that bridges the production environment with the natural environment and connects buyers with communities.
Specifically, the Lobster Academy is dedicated to increasing the value of Homarus americanus worldwide through quality education and discovery for lobster buyers, importers and other industry opinion leaders.
